I didn't get my sign-up OTP. What now?
Check spam. If your address still isn't there after a minute, your email provider may be rate-limiting AWS sender domains. Try the phone OTP option, or email support@chaitalk.app from the address you signed up with and we'll verify you manually.
How do I post a story?
Open the app, tap the gold plus on the timeline ring, pick a photo or video, drag text overlays where you like, then tap Share. Stories disappear after 24 hours.
My friend's comments aren't showing.
If you don't follow the author, comments on some posts can be limited. We're tuning the wording on that screen, but the post itself is still visible. Follow the author to see the full conversation.
I want to delete my account.
Open the app, Settings, Account, Delete Account. You'll get a 30-day grace period, you can cancel by signing back in any time during it. Can't sign in? Use the form on chaitalk.app/delete-account.
I found a bug.
